Very happy and honored to speak in OTN Yathra 2016 tour, along with many Oracle ACE and ACE Directors. This is my first tour as ACED, and thank you AIOUG and OTN for having me.

- Oracle Database 12c Rest of the New Features for 11gR2 DBA: Will discuss about 30 new features in 12c database that you may be able to use as soon as you upgrade or install. These are not the top features, but options and features that can help you in day to day database administration.
- Data Pump: Tips, Techniques and Tricks: This session will discuss the flexibility of datapump in filtering objects and transforming objects during export import, along with many tips and tricks.
